Initial Consult & Treatment Appointment Deposit Policy
A $50.00 deposit that goes towards your first visit is required if you want to book a Saturday - Initial Consult & Treatment Appointment. This deposit is only refundable for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice via phone, email, or text. 

This policy helps ensure your appointment time is reserved and respected while maintaining availability for patients seeking care. Initial Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

How It Works
After booking your appointment online, you’ll receive a secure payment link for the $50.00 deposit. Once your payment is completed, your appointment time is confirmed and reserved for you.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session based on the day’s schedule.

Late arrivals that prevent treatment may be considered a missed appointment, and the no-show fee may apply.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments considered no-shows are subject to a full prepayment for future appointments.

All cancellation and rescheduling methods create a time-stamped record, so no follow-up is needed unless you require assistance.

Illnesses & Emergencies
If illness or an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you’re experiencing symptoms of illness, contact us before your visit so we can assess whether in-person care is appropriate.
